90* bend to the wastegates, 90* in the wastegate, then 90* out of the wastegate, that's a total of 270* of direction change for the exhaust gases. Could be the issue, usually open dumps don't have flow issues though. I'd verify all your plumbing first.

not much i can do at that point other than get a different manifold, if all is in working order i guess just lower the spring and add boost controller?

I think its commonly cited that u cannot elect. Boost control lower then the spring.

I would fix that first. And then work from there. But I'm no guru.

fixed the problem... i found out that my gauge is off by 7 psi, i ran a datalog to check what the computer was actually reading and it was hitting 17psi and then boost cutting. I added in a manual boost controller and also changed the spring to an 11 psi spring and left the boost at 15 for now it works good. Now I'm dealing with motor issues lol

Compression rings are shot =/ hopefully the walls are still good crossing my fingers.... if not i need to sleeve the block, also gonna inspect the head as well make sure i have no issues there
