from everyones experiance, how much of a HP difference would there be between these 2 motors at the same PSI running the same exact setup

 

You won't run the same psi with the "same" setup. The 2.2L stops spinning the blower 1000 rpm sooner. To get the same psi, you'd have to have a smaller S/C pulley. If you equalize the psi at redline on both motors, then the difference is not so great.
