Thanks I just need the 1 for aem rite and Jw I was looking at going to a net book and not a big laptop for my ems I found a adapter to make it to a USB will the system work like that and if so anything I need to know just with my seats and roll cage there is very little room

Yeah; you need the one for AEM. You'll need to find drivers for the USB-->serial connection; because netbooks don't have optical drives, you won't be able to use the driver disc that accompanies the usb---->serial adapter.

 

OK man I'm like a 5 year old on computers so I have to have the disk in at all times?

No problem; I'm an IT guy, professionally (Linux Sys Admin). I can help you get it setup if you'd like. Are you in Georgetown (ie DC?) You won't need the disc after installing the drivers. You could probably find them online (open source), depending on which converter you go with.
