So Comptech Supercharger it is... well within the price range... so ima have a Comptech Supercharger, AEM EMS, berk ceramic coated headers, 70mm hfc, and 70 mm skunk2 exhaust... that with a tune would probly be 350ish hp, so that sounds good... any other stuff i would need?
Second page...i found this.

If he bought a used kit (under $3k easy), AEM EMS ($700-$1000), tune ($500-$700), install (let's call it $1k), 70MM exhaust ($500), 70mm HFC & Header ($750) and a smaller belt/pulley ($100) he'd be under $7k on the low end. That's just a rough ballpark estimate also.

Shit, I put my upgraded GT3071R Greddy kit together with a 3" exhaust, cat and downpipe with other goodies (aem truboost, aem uego, type s BOV) for less than $3,500.

It could definitely be done.

To answer your question though, save a little more money and just get a Mase kit. You can make nearly 400 rwhp out of the box.

but as others have said, this is talked about constantly, no way you could have looked through 40 pages and still ask these questions.

figure out what you want and go with that.

Get the Mase kit if you're going to spend that much money. Already comes tuned.

ems=1200
tune=600
headers=800
hfc=100
exhaust=300
______________
$8,800(without labor)

not to mention all sorts of random gauges and stuff you will end up needing! lol
