Is the turbo mounted to the manifold on the engine? And where do you have the oil feed running into?
sorry missed the part where you talked about oil feed. I have the s200sx my oil feed goes into the top of the center housing and oil drain out of the bottom. If the turbo is mounted in the picture you will need to clock the turbo so that the oil feed, and drain are as vertical as possible since turbo drains work by gravity. Also in your first picture that is where your oil feed should be connected.

The one hole on the compressor housing is to source vacuum for the wastegate/gates. The other I'm not sure. The oil feed and return line will work you just have the feed connected in the wrong spot. Feed through top of center housing drain out the bottom. Feed has to be on top with the drain directly vertical below. Look up clocking a turbo. It's so you can configure the housings in the right direction along with keeping the center housing vertical.
