Default bosch 1000cc saturated injector issue

I bought bosch 1000cc saturated injectors in Feb from Inline Pro. I had them installed in March. For some reason the did not fit right. Everythings working fine, but just does not look right. Spacers were needed to fill the gap. After looking at others, they seem to fit perfectly. Here are some pictures to show what I am talking about. Any ideas on what the issue is?

Looks like the studs holding the rail on are not OEM?

The factory ones (mounting studs) are steel and have a hex on the bottom to tighten them into the manifold.

Did you have aftermarket injectors before these, or stock injectors?

I had 675's before. I believe they were deka's. I don't think the injectors and fuel rail came with other studs (everything was boughten with the turbo kit). I'll have to look.

That's a stock rail. The studs must have been replaced when the old injectors were installed and the reason yours looks different than the rest.

Maybe 2 sets of gaskets/o-rings under the injectors? they usually sit flush and yours seem up.

I got he 725's from Evans. Reused both the top and bottom o-rings from the stock injectors. It's an '06 though so definitely diff looking than yours.

new oem orings were used. Honda dropped them off. What a min, that's the stock rail? I thought I had a new one with the kit? Could it be causing restriction issues?

The stock rail is more than sufficient.

The newer S2K's use a steel rail, the older ones an aluminum rail.
