So, my Full Blown twin walbro fuel setups filter socks will dissolve with e85? I'm going to have to ask LJ about this then because e85 is what i'm going with.

BTW..........What are you going with now Carey? You just cant stop changing things huh? Such a sickness. LOL
I've been running the dual walbro (full blown) setup pretty much all year. I ran that Bosch setup earlier in the year.

I really dislike dual pump setups, but it was a quick easy solution. I'll probably do a big external in the off season. We'll see though.

Oh, I see. I didn't know you went with the Full Blown setup too.

Single pump failure is my only concern. It's just one more thing that "could" go bad.

Those Bosch 044 really flow a lot and are capable of maintaining flow at high pressures. The only thing I don't like about them is that they're darn loud! They sound like you have 1000 rattlesnakes in your tank (I had one in my Subaru). But then, most of the large pumps are loud like that.

Also, they do like to be connected on continuous duty. So pump speed controller must be bypassed. I belive the S doesn't have pump controller. But it's best to relay the pump power straight to battery with good power wires. The factory wiring should be OK but I would just use larger gauge.

Just be ready to get used to the pump noise.....

That 044 was definitely loud, but the twin walbros aren't much quieter....haha

Everyone who rides in my car always complains about how loud the twin walbro setup is . Fuel pump noise is something you must deal with
