if you use the aem fic it has a map clamp built in and you dont need to change the map sensor - as for the fuel pump because your 08 has a returnless system i am not sure if you can upgrade the in tank pump (someone speak up if you had done so)
I would do a aem uego - it will do feed back to the fic, a oil pressure guage (i found a new way to feed turbo and plumb a guage), and boost guage for bragging rights
i would control boost just off of wastegate spring, no need for a boost contoler

return oil in oil pan - but you need to weld a fitting high on the pan - there is a right and wrong way to do this!.

why do you need 1000cc injectors - i have many s2000 with 750cc in the 400+ hp range?

If its the PFab log, you will only need a 38mm. If you get the ELM manifold, it needs a 44mm tial. Definetly tap the girdle if you can. It means you can change turbo stuff without draining oil and it also prevents oil from backing up and blowing the seals on the turbo. There is a right and wrong way to do things. You can fit a walbro 255 on a returnless fuel system. Why the 1000cc injectors instead of 750cc with this setup?

yes a 38mm is plenty

and on stock motor with no HG you are limited to 10lbs safely, that should yeild you 350hp.

does the 38 mm wastegate make a 10lb. spring?

i dont quite understand this tapping the girdle concept your speaking of.....

what it make a difference if i got 1000cc over 750cc? it would just give me more potential to upgrade the setup if i ever went with a return fuel setup

why do i need a new fuel rail?

tapping the girdle looks scary. is the girdle part of the block, the pan, or the girdle inside the pan that can be removed without dissabling the bottom end? do you have to take apart the bottom end to do it? im a little confused
