BOV Install ?
Sexy, I'm diggin the purple. We must have our aftercoolers slightly tilted in different directions or something, because yours looks like its at a slightly different angle. The tip of my vacuum port is more angled straight toward my fan shroud. maybe I can just loosen the clamps on my aftercooler inlet/outlet and wiggle it around to give it more room.
Yeah, I am not completely satisfied with the "mounting" of the AC. I am thinking about getting a different coupler from the SC to the AC, possibly an inch longer? My clamps (Tbolt) are jacked up, and since there is a size difference from the SC to the AC the one on the SC side wants to keep sliding towards the SC. More room (additional 1") would make a huge difference.
I've done a bunch of measurements and have come to the conclusion that it will be next to impossible to run a koyo radiator with slim fans when the CTSC after cooler is using a tial bov. It looks like oem rad with oem fans is the only way to go. Anyone have success with an after market rad with this AC/BOV combo? I need 2 fans cause I like having air conditioning.

Say it ain't so!!! Is there a way to run a single fan but mount it more in the center? I am a noob when it comes to radiators, fans, and the AC setup. What happens if you just remove the fan on the AC side? AC would still blow cold while the car was moving, but would get warm with the car sitting still? I assume that fan's purpose is to force air past the condenser (or evaporator, I suck with HVAC) when the car isn't moving? So is the only negative of removing the fan that the AC might get warm when sitting still? That doesn't sound TOO bad.
My work schedule has suddenly gotten insane starting this week, so I'm not sure that I will be running any more off for a while. However, when things settle back down and I can get the time in to make some more, I will PM you. Or you may be able to buy eseDOSke's flange from him if it won't work with his radiator, lol. You may have to pry it from his cold dead hands though, haha. Don't give up easily Dave!!! Where there's a will there's a way!
FYI- Here are some pictures of the BOV clearance with a Mishimoto radiator and SPAL fan setup. Seeing this, I believe that this setup will work with the standard dual fan low profile kit, such as the one from Mishimoto. I would love for one of you guys that have an adapter flange and the dual low profile fan setup to try it out and let me know. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room there was behind the radiator.

Here's something I thought was fun... there's 10 of these in existence, and I don't plan on any more. If any owners care to know which number they have:
#01 - Prototype, manually machined - MBHs2k, CA
#02 - Rev. 1, manually machined - starrman, NC (sold entire SC kit to someone)
#03 - Rev. 1, manually machined - eseDOSke, CA
#04 - Rev. 1, manually machined - matbouch, QB Canada
#05 - Rev. 2, hybrid CNC/manual machined - OkiDan, TX
#06 - Rev. 2, hybrid CNC/manual machined - liquid_helix136, TX
#07 - Rev. 3, CNC machined - CoolGuy094, NC
#08 - Rev. 3, CNC machined - NFRen, VA
#09 - Rev. 3, CNC machined - tsuyoshi, CA
#10 - Rev. 3, CNC machined - cheddaboy, WA
