^LOL, a little piece of history you've got there.

Meant to provide an update on this statement. I have since purchased a Mishimoto fan shroud and unfortunately there was interference between the end of the BOV and the driver's side fan using this setup. So OEM fans on an OEM radiator, or SPAL style fans mounted directly to an aftermarket (Mishimoto/Full Blown/Koyo) radiator will work just fine with this BOV setup. I am back to using my SPAL medium profile fans and some custom mounting brackets to hold the fans right up against the back of the radiator core.

CG094, what's the difference between rev1 through rev3 besides the machining process? any difference in height and clearances?

and Koyo released a slimmer radiator that takes about the same exact space as the oem radiator. im thinking about going that route.

Rev 2/3 save just a tiny bit of height versus Rev 1. I can't remember the exact amount and I don't have the CAD data in front of me, but I can let you know. I think that Rev 2/3 are exactly 1" tall overall. Difference between Rev 2 and Rev 3 is just some minor radius changes in the edges that the CNC made possible.

I saw that Koyo radiator you speak of and it peaked my interest as well. I don't think I'll make a change from my current setup, but if I ever have to do it over again I think I would go that direction. My current cooling setup is certainly overkill for how I use the car.
