Default Bov not working problem

I returned everything to how it was after passing emissions testing and now im not hearing the bov swoosh how it use to. Now it seems to be struggling in high rpms and when I let off of it it makes a fluttering sound. Any suggestions on what it could be? Things done already: checked vacuum lines, changed bov to a greddy one, changed waste gate, and if it helps my boost gauge is also reading boost up to 8psi how it use to.

Edit: problem solved turned out to be a boost leak. please delete this
