The high pitch sound remind me of a 20B rotary engine.

Comptech tried, as well as 2 others that I don't remember specifics on.
Jackson Racing actually ran ads for an S2000 PD blower for a while, but not any more. Not sure who the third company might be, but obviously there are some issues that are not easily solved.

BRP is the 3rd party Jackson was affiliated with. BRP and Jackson have some type of distribution deal arranged for BRP's development work.

I remember Orgura was the Japanese company, I think the euro company was Italian. The memory is fading in my old age.

Yeah, I'm just trying to figure out what problems could possibly arise from attaching a positive-displacement 'charger to the S2000; I mean, it's an Otto-cycle, 4-cylinder engine that revs to ~8000-9000RPM. Not a whole lot different than the Miata engine (especially those that rev their Miatas to ~8000RPM with PD superchargers).

And Honda's only implemented the drive-by-wire throttle this past year, right?

Right now the biggest problem is space for the filter (that doesn't involve too much work, like moving the fuse box) and we're still deciding on how to set up the intercooler to keep the throttled volume as low as possible.

Nothing we can't handle, though.
