The cooling system isn't holding pressure. Possible coolant leak somewhere. If you have no visble leaks, A blown headgasket can cause this.

good to know. Now I just gotta get a leak down, if it is the head gasket . that mother *#@ is coming off this weekend. and I will be back on the road once again. . If not I will be screwed.

OK So I got it tested yesterday, and it is the head gasket again. I got my new head gasket shipped from Cometic today along with the head bolts from ARP. Wondering what torque to do on the Head Bolts?

thanks for all the help guys, got the problem fixed, it was the head gasket, also got the head milled a little bit while it was off. Used the ARP head studs/ Bolts. Car runs great, not loosing anymore water. WOOO HOO.

Not sure if this is related, but I was looking at the banjo fitting for the BDL fuel rail in comparison to the OEM banjo for the fuel dampener.

The OEM one has a hole going through the center bore.
The BDL supplied one has two holes at 180 degrees to each other going perpendicular to the length of the bolt. I an wondering if this has an effect when the car is turned off/on.

Greg- are you using the AEM 3.5 bar map or the GM 3 bar?
