I kind of glanced over all this, but before sending the ECU off, have you manually checked the sensors using a volt meter? It more than likely has nothing to do with the ECU, and everything to do with the wiring. It takes 5 minutes to check the sensors.

Car runs fine with stock ecu. So im gonna assume the tps ia fine. Gonna swap out a new map sensor just to check if i had a faulty one. Even evans suggested something wrong with the ems box.

So got my aem back today in the mail after waiting three long weeks. I plugged it in and it ran great! So anyone runnung into similar issues probably have a bad 5v reference ground. Thanks for your help guys!
