Thumbs up Car won't start!

Here's the story...

Car was running fine all night I took a trip about 250 miles today ran perfect the whole way, got home did a little spirited driving throughout the night and had stopped at the store and my parents house and shut the car off at both places and it started back up fine both times. About 2 hours ago, I went to my friends house after I had been driving for about 45 minutes. I left my friend's house where the car had been sitting outside for about 2 hours (around 20 degrees outside by the time i left, was closer to 30 when I got there) but didn't let it warm up as much as normal. Car ran fine all the way through his neighborhood then when I was about a mile from my house just as the car was back at operating temp it started to act like it was hitting a fuel cut. Car got really jerky and just seemed like it wasn't getting gas. It died just driving down the street and I managed to limp it into a parking lot around the corner from my house. It started a couple more times in the lot but to keep it running I would have to be on the gas then after about 15 seconds of keeping it slightly revved (about 3k) a big puff of black smoke came out the exhaust and I didn't like that so I let off the gas and it died after a few seconds of really bouncy idleing. After the puff of smoke, the car wouldn't turn over even if I was on the gas.

/book

Fuel/EMS setup is:

AEM EMS
Aeromotive FPR
625 injectors
Walbro 255

Could the fact that it's just really cold be not letting it start for some reason? Could I have somehow messed up the map by not letting it warm up before creeping out of the neighborhood?? I'm really confused because it was running perfectly all night then it started up with this nonsense. Please, any input or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Also, I will update tomorrow after I go back to the car and try to start it in the warmer weather (supposed to be 47degrees tomorrow in columbus ). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's just the cold and it will be ok tomorrow but I have a feeling it won't be that easy and need some plans of attack so I can get the car running again.

TIA!

Ben

Also, didn't think of it at the time but I believe this is the first time I've started it on the high boost setting on the ebc and I'm thinking this mayy have something to do with it? Any thought on this?

No turbo or super charger?
Why injectors and nevermind...

sounds like a sensor to me as these things usually are.
Black smoke is fuel there was probably some left to be combusted.

Y,es it's turbo I guess I should have clarified that. I'm runing a custom kit dbb gt35r, inline pro manifold, tial 44wg but it appears to be a fuel problem so I didn't list that stuff sorry. I'm actually on my way out the door to go try to get it running again.
