Default CEL: System too rich?

Second time now in a few months I've gotten a CEL for system too rich. I was cruising at about 70 for about 45 min or so at partial throttle when it popped on. I am running comptech SC w/ac 7lb pulley and the FMU cranked all the way up. Is this due to the fact that the fuel pressure is so high that it messes with my partial throttle A/f so much that it causes a CEL? Does anyone know if this is harming me at all? I cleared the code and it hasnt come back on and the car has seemed fine driving during except for a very low idle. thanks!
