Chance to get a "better" turbo

So as I just start finishing my turbo build I find a nice deal on CL. I currently have a Turbonetics T3/t04 with an upgraded 7 blade compressor wheel and a fresh rebuild. .48 A/R
Now I am not going for massive power here but 400-500 WHP at around 14psi. Well the turbo I found is a GT45 with literally no shaft play in good condition. Is this turbo too big for my goals? I feel like it may spool pretty high too but I've never had experience with them. Thanks
