So I'm changing my pulley from the stock unit and I can't seem to find the torque specification for this bolt. Looking at the size of it, I'm guessing somewhere in the area of 20 ft lbs or so?

Does anyone know the correct value?

 

It is removed and replaced with a pneumatic gun.

Usually two taps after snug is plenty.
