Guys

been running my new vortech V2 with charge cooler for a few weeks now. its all been going to plan so far.

But when I unsrew the cap on the chagre cooler to check the water level, first thing while the car is still cold, the water gushes out like a shaken soda bottle.

I then have to put about 2 cup fulls back in.

Is this normal?????

I dont see why this should happen.

Any thoughts guys?

does it look like its fizzing or bubbling? if so you might have a pinhole leak somewhere. It wont harm anything and its not toomuch to worry about.
Aslong as when the car is off you can touch the water when you unscrew it you should be fine.
