Cheapest Method of buying New CTSC for '07 AP2
I helped (OK, mostly watched) put a supercharger of this same design on a buddy's '02. Used unit but all the parts were there in including an ECU which your '07 won't need (but it will need a tune).
Very simple to mount but a lot of stuff has to come off the car including the entire front bumper and associated under panels for the aftercooler radiator and water pump and you need to get to the fuel tank to change the pump. Complete PITA. The DBW cars have a return-less fuel system so fuel flow is limited to (insert guess here) horsepower.
Big price difference between a $6500 retail price and $2000 (?) used unit. Without knowing the seller, though, you could be buying junk. I'd probably want a unit off a wrecked car.
Good luck.

Probably the cheapest way to buy a new kit would be to break into someone's house who just bought one, steal theirs, but leave like $5 in its place.
All the vendors gonna be pretty similar. I vote Moddiction, however I think the KW kit will be cheaper and yield much more power, you can buy from him as well.
