Hi all,

Just got a Greddy Profec B Spec2 boost controller installed. Anyway Im hearing a clicking noise coming from the direction of the boost controller which is located under my dash. It happens when I go WOT, and stops the moment I take my foot of the pedal. Definitely not coming from the engine. Is this normal?

It's either a relay or the boost solenoid. Nothing to worry about.

its the profec b, i installed one on my friends vr6T. it clicks, no big deal. if you mount that under the hood, you wont hear it. we mounted his under his dash also, since that was where his mbc was. no worries!

 

the clicking is it opening and shutting the boost controller, controlling the amount of boost you set it at. no worries
