Default lowering boost on greddy profec B spec 2

I want to lower the boost on my car until I can figure out the ignition problem. I have the greddy profec b spec 2 boost controller. Can I just lower the boost or do I have to adjust the again and everything else?

Can't lower the boost with a boost controller, any boost controller. It won't go any lower than what the wastegate spring is set at. Don't know what wastegate you are running, so not sure what spring is in there.
Boost controllers only go one way, up.

Sorry i forgot to respond to your PM.

yes you can only raise boost from base boost. however, if you are already set at higher boost, for example 10psi on the greddy kit, you can lower it back down, just can't go lower than base (the set wastegate spring).

Your boosting over 20psi so you should be able to lower the boost.

^ I know I can lower the boost just wasn't sure if I had to adjust everything else on the controller. It's really annoying how you can't just turn it to a specific psi and it's a percentage. I messed around with it today and not it's running like crap. I guess it's going to take a lot of trail and error to get it to where it needs to be.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were 20+psi boost. Why not just cut the boost controller to the "off" position. There should be a setting that lets you bypass the boost controller and just run off of the preset wastegate spring. My truboost lets me run two different boost settings or off all together. The gauge isn't off, but the boost solenoid is off so you just run off of the wastegate. I am sure the Profec B has a similar feature. That way you don't have to mess with all of your boost settings.
Just an idea
