Was on the ACT HD PP and street disc and went E85 and burnt the clutch on the second pass in third gear at 20psi. That was when doing a slow roll in third gear and let the boost build. Could not boost pass 15psi after that. Changed out to a six puck
Competition disc with ACT HD PP and has been holding up with abuse at 30psi. Some may not like the way the clutch feels and takes some getting used to it. This is with the Ptuning kit. You wont run into problems with the street disc until you go E85 or maybe 10Kmiles.

I'm looking at between 500-600whp on e85. Don't launch to hard but I do go to the strip time to time. Think stage 4 will hold?

A Hevesy duty pressure plate with a 6 puck clutch like the act hdg6 or the competition stage 4 will hold 600whp no problem. The issue is that a singe disc puck style clutch is not drivable on the street is daily stop and go traffic. If your under 500-550whp just run the act hdss. If that won't hold a twin disc is needed.

Correct^! Your better off running the Act Hdpp and stock disc unless for a dd. If your going to run the 6 pucks as a dd, it has a harsh engagement on the streets for a dd. Have you looked at the Comp Stage 3? There like 9-10 little pucks or pads. Thats what im running and others. Im over 450hp. Ive had it for about a year now with no problems at all. Make sure your flywheel is resurfaced as well.

I just installed the ACT hdpp and exedy stock disc replacement in my car. I can't say anything yet about how much power it holds, but the engagement and pedal feel is exactly like it was before with the stock pressure plate.

I did look at the Comp stage 3. Looked like a promising disk design, how's the driveability on the street? My only issue is that I bought an OEM disk and bearing already ($200) to pair with my current ACT pressure plate before I realized it was broken. I just keep throwing money at this car, its like a damn stripper on a military base and everyone's home from deployment...

lol! I feel you on the military home from deployment. lol! Gets us everytime. lol! You could easily sell that what you have now. Driveabilty is fine. You feel a slight engagement when taking off, but nothing like a 6 puck. i love it, and i drive my car whenever its not raining. I sold a great buddy of mine the same setup i have and he loves it as well. He drives his car pretty much every chance he gets. You'll love it.

With Supercharger just get a ACT pressure plate and OEM disk it will hold all the power any supercharger can give you
