Clutch question
I was going to install and tune a Greddy kit, but I've got the stock clutch. I understand that the clutch is going to go quick. My question is would I need a retune if I upgraded my clutch later. And how long would the clutch last on stock boost if I didn't lay on it.
Asking because I'm short on money and I know someone thats giving me a killer deal on the kit but I'd need to buy it, install it, and tune it this week (we'd be swapping for stock and my S is my daily)

if this is your first time going FI. Just know that you will need a clutch eventually. So either wait and save up to put it in at the same time as the kit. Or start saving now for the clutch. If you do burn through it with a quickness, you will be SOL until you get a new one. Never short hand FI. It will always win the money pit game.
I've been on a greddy kit 275/220 tuned on aem for 4 months with the stock clutch. Close to 25 dyno pulls and slipping the clutch to the point of smelling it getting it on a trailer.
No problems so far.
On amazon enter "exedyspl" and get 30% off exedy products. Oem replacement is $256 shipped and hyper single is $719 shipped. I just bought a hyper single
