Thumbs up Which clutch for supercharged S

I have 118k on my car and I think it is the stock clutch(2nd owner)
I have a vortech kit on the way. Going to be running stock boost for a little while or possibly an ap2 pulley for a little added boost.
I might use the stock clutch at first depending on money but will definitely be needing one in not too long especially when I up the boost hopefully in the spring.
I know a bunch of people have recently been getting crankwalk supposedly from the ACT clutches and being boosted so definitely staying clear of ACT.
What is the best bang for the buck clutch now?
Searching shows basically ACT from what I saw.
I know the supercharged s' don't have lots of added torque so I don't want anything I won't be needing.
Thanks.

Has that been proven? I thought it was a new clutch. Looks pretty good though.

CC or SOS.

I wouldnt underestimate the Stockie one though. I don;t know if its slipping but I drove 20,000 miles with the OEM one at 253ft/lbs of torque (94,000 miles total on OEM clutch) and it held fine, no slipping at all

Oh damn thats pretty good.
Maybe I will just try mine out and see how it lasts.

With a supercharger installed does the whole kit need to be removed to do a clutch job?
That's the only reason why I would want to do a clutch before the sc so I don't have to go through the whole install again shortly after possibly.
I would think stock boost my clutch should hold decently as long as I don't launch a lot or anything.
Never launched my car even once yet and clutch has always grabbed great with harder shifts and all but na now just with 4.77's so will be much more power once sc'd.

I thought I had read somewhere it needed to be removed. If it doesn't I will definitely wait until I need a clutch to do it.
Would rather spend the money on gauges and stuff now.

Yeah I just know in the NY Metro area like 4-5 people have had crank walk. All were boosted and all had the act clutch so seems to be a trend with that clutch. Not worth the risk imo.
I had an ACT on my last car and loved it though.
