Folks are taking a very black and white approach to passing judgement on CNC here. Not saying that the OP has not been wronged, or that he does not have grounds to feel dis-serviced by CNC, but there's still half of the story that we have not heard other than two posts from Wadzii. And we know there have been more than just the one satisfied CNC customer that posted in this thread.

Makes me laugh a little (not at the OP's misfortune, but peoples' shortsightedness) because my own business got screwed to the tune of a collective $40k by two "reputable" aftermarket parts vendors in the Honda community years ago, and they are both still in business. One has a lengthy and very spotted feedback thread on this forum, and they are still a sponsor. How do we qualify what makes a "bad" vendor? Repeated small offenses, or one big ol' f-up like this? Seems like some vendors get a "pass" if enough customers say they were happy, and all their wrongs are overlooked. Pitchforks down, torches put out.

To clarify: OP, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. You're out thousands of dollars, the product you think you paid for and obviously do not feel like you've been satisfactorily reimbursed by the vendor. I'm just asking for us to think on how our protests can help members like you and others in the future when this will (unfortunately) happen again.

You see videos ? You think that -T0mS2k- is a liar ?
I know personnaly -T0mS2k- and his brother. When the story start, they didn't make a post on s2ki. I wait nine months to start it because they think that CNC was a very good company.

Now :
- CNC didn't refund any $
- No motor (it's at CNC)

If CNC was a good dealer, he refund all.
That's all and everybody was happy.

Hi guy I understand your point of you and franckly i'm hoping about s2ki admins that something will be done about this situation.

Because as an international forum which make possible to us to buy parts from all over the world. This should not happen again.

CNC/Wadzii is a veteran on the community as me as some of people there, he got some experience on S2000 and others Honda etc etc... That's why i choosed him, due to his reputation on this forum and feedbacks on it too.

But as a reputable person as he is, he should act gentle with his customers and people that help him to keep working his business.

How he is actually acting is really not serious and that why i'm loosing patience with him.

The fact that he don't want to take part of this topic to explain all the situation, is a proof for me that he knew that he done something wrong and we're waiting for reparation from that.

Avoid us when we're asking for something that we wait and that he promised is a customer common sense.

In short, all i'm waiting from his topic is reparation and share my experience with the community.

Everybody can take is own decision and own point of view from this story. We're in democracy isn't ?

Firstly I'm sorry to hear about your own misfortune,it shouldn't happen to any of us .....but it does and will continue to do so.

The op's coments about them not replying may well be a valid point because how do you defend the indefensible? It looks to me like he is around $5500 out of pocket through no fault of his own.

With my own situation I get the impression that the wrong doers spout a predetermined answer without any real ability to either justify it or back it up then go silent. Its not the first time I've had this type of response from an American company.....myself also being in Europe.

I'm certain that if I represented a company like Cosa Nostra, or Triads I would have been settled in full long before it ever got to this stage. But as far as I'm aware the Op and myself hasn't got the backing of the above organisations,if indeed they even exist. So we are not a threat and what's more the distance involved almost cancel out turning up on the doorstep with a metaphoric baseball bat.

The bottom line is we are screwed and the only way to get back at these charlatans is by doing what myself and the op have chose to do.....which is expose them for what they are......expensively dressed crooks,so to speak.

At least you are being offered something.

My Urge engine blew up first time I used it and all I got was to pay for the rebuild myself, and the blame...

Wow... Looks like I probably won't be buying their diff kit after all this. I've already had enough troubles with vendors on this site recently. I don't want to risk $5600, let alone $10k+.

Hope you get your money back man!
