I hope not,I've just bought a set of them through Bernard at Jjautowerks, along with your 6.6 upgraded valve set.

And Keep up the good work, you seem to be the only company we can trust at the moment.

To be honest for what its worth and im not sure what legal grounds you could take I would pursue them if at all possible. Would be a shame to let something like this go unnoticed. Ruining their rep on s2ki is one thing but they are still free to go elsewhere to spread their trash and scam someone else. Which at this point is what I believe actually happened. And I honestly just fail to realize how a BUSINESS doesn't have that much money sitting in the bank just incase something like this happens. I mean, if you don't have 2500.00 in funds laying around rent next month is going to come as a shocker hahaha. Seems to me like you're just getting the cold shoulder because you don't live in the states and they believe they can get away with treating you this way. As if the fact they tried ripping you off on the engine wasn't enough its quite obvious how they deal with their customers when someone calls them out on it also.

I'm aware that we are on a different jurisdiction and it will be difficult to pursue this company. As he cut all communications, I had to share my experience with you knowing that there is still the GB with him. I just hope he will not be rich on the s2000 community because it would be unfortunate. It's a shame because this is a veteran who provide good advice. I still do not know what will succeed in selling of "my" built engine so that there are problems
We'll see if it really will refund $ 3k and how long for it.

Funny fact !

My bro just received a warn of Facebook due to his review on CNC Speedshop FB page.

How can we considered this shop as a serious one when we have a problem with it. You let a review of your personnal experience and because it doesn't good. They erased and signal it to FB admins.

What's wrong with them...

Plus, as casual no information about my refund from Jason...

I love your choice in private labeled rod manufacturer. I hadn't realized that you are using their rods. I went with Pauter back in 2004, and I think I have the first F22C1 rods they made (thats what I was told at the time). That engine is still running strong. I also used them for my Monte Carlo a few years later.
