Thumbs up Cometic 3mm Headgasket

I have a few questions for the Turbo Gurus out here...I want to purchase a 3mm Cometic Head Gasket, but if I install it at home will I be able to drive it to a tuning shop about 40 mins away without boosting or is it better to do the install with the tuner himself? Also, what is a safe amount of boost I can put using my Ultimate Racing Kit? Also, I have RC550cc injectors will I need to go bigger if I want to boost from anywhere from 15-19psi MAX? Also, will this damage the motor in anyway because I lowered compression and upped the boost or is it like it is now? I am running 9 psi right now, but wanted to know if the Head Gasket is safe and how to install at the same time...I used the search and got some of my questions answered, but here is what is left!

Your 550s will run out of fuel well before you hit 15psi of boost on stock fuel pressure. You can install the gasket and drive to the tuners, just know that the car is going to drive bad. You're tuned on the bottom end for a high compression motor. After it's made low compression with the gasket, you willl notice a lot of power loss until it's tuned. I would do the install with him if it's an option, better safe than sorry IMO.

Did you ever consider going with a 2mm Cometic instead? I just feel that unless you are going for very high boost/huge HP #'s it is a better choice for the better off-boost response and power it offers. What kind of power are you looking to make?

400-450WHP safely I know it is capable of 600WHP I just want my motor to last. BTW anyone know about the injectors situation? And to answer your question I really never considered 2mm Head Gasket...But I figured with the 3mm I would have more options to up later, but 2mm seems better for ME...Sooo what are the major differences between 2mm and 3mm?

About 1mm.

Seriously, there was a chart someone made showing the different compression ratios with stock, 2mm and 3mm gaskets. Anyone know where it is?

^ yes can someone find that chart. I would like to know as well. If I plan to only boost 10psi, are there any advantages when lowering the compression.
