comp clutch guys stage 3/4
I have had a act Puck on my old s2000 and hated it. The pedal pressure would kill my leg in stop and go. I will be using the same pressure plate that I have now sine comp uses the same pressure plate through there stage 4. So I know it won't have a heavy pedal. I will just have to get used to the engagement. This is a weekend toy car so it wont be daily driven.
I would not recommend a single disc puck style clutch to anyone what want to drive their car on the street, 10,000+ miles a year, and must drive in stop and go traffic. For racing or any performance driving they are great.
I have Comp stage 5 sprung on my S2000. The clutch can be a little tricky to drive because it will change it's the point of the engagement from time to time and it is on or off with no real ability to silp it. But in my opinion it is not that bad of a clutch to drive. I also have a Comp stage 4 sprung in my turboed Rsx Type-S. That clutch is easier to drive. This clutch fells almost like stock engagement to me.
