Default Comp twin disc

When the car is not running the pedal feel's perfectly normal and smooth. With the car running the pedal seems have a sticky (or notchy) feel to it, not smooth at all. The problem just started today, the clutch as 500 miles on it. Any one experience a problem like this? Is it release bearing related?

bump I am having this problem as well with a different bearing setup. I think it is the master cylinder, I will let you know what happens after I change it this week. Anyone else have input?

My Pedal has a bit more "feel or feedback" while the car is running, but nothing notchy/sticky about it.

engaging/disengaging or both?

Please let me know if the master cylinder fixes it. Mine squeaks too. It always had more feedback when running but nothing like this

Did they start @ the same time??

The squeaking sounds pedal related, and wouldn't be the first Honda to do it. Kinda tricky to grease, but any work under there is a bitch.

The sticking however is interesting, is yours smooth on the way down and only sticks on the way up?

Ive greased everything under the dash in the pedal assembly to no avail. If you really listen you can almost localize it to the engine bay, so I think the master cylinder should fix it. I already ordered it just waiting for it to arrive to put it in.
