Default Compressor covers on 5857 and 6262

Okay, so I have been being as meticulous as possible with my engine bay and I cant stand to put all this time and money into it and be stuck with a log manifold.. SO I am going to be getting a pfab ELT (so I cna atleast salvage intercooler piping and downpipe) and a 6262..

Problem is, I just send my SP cover from my 5857 off to be powdercoated, if I buy a 6262 will the compressor covers be the same? I would imagine they are but just wanna make sure.. so I could put the new compressor cover on the 5857 and sell it and have my powdercoated one for the 6262

And does anyone know how close the turbo location on the ELT is to the log?

i think the turbo location is slightly different but the piping works. you will need to modify your downpipe because i'm almost positive they are different. I found out that if you get a recirculated eltm from pfab like i did the turbo and wg are in a completely different spot from non circulated. wire tuck was my only option and without the wastegate doesn't fit at all with the fuse box turned

Yea I figured the downpipe would need some work, no biggie, and I plan on an external dump anyhow and my bay is about 60 percent done being shaved and tucked so room is not an issue at all for me

What passman said.... If the wheels are different sizes, the housing itself on the outside might look the same but the backing plate of the cover would most likely be different. Maybe precision could answer this 100% if you call

Its a 58mm vs a 62mm wheel difference. The covers externally being the same, they shouldnt swap over.
