Nope! That wiring means that boost will be modulated to the BOV. Boost will not leak or anything, but it will compromise the ability of the BOV to open the valve under high boost.
You need to go from the solenoid straight to the WG actuator. You never want to have anything that relies on a boost-only source after a boost-control solenoid (BCS in most tuning circles). That is a modulated signal.
You need to tee the boost source from the intercooler pipe (intake in this example) to the solenoid and then go to the Synchronic BOV.
Mr.Aqua- you got it right. Now you just need your boost-only to port C and you'll be golden!

Yup, this is the way it should be. Everyone else reading this should bear in mind that the "intake" is actually the intercooler pipe which puts out a boost-only source.
