4" got me 8psi on the nose at 9k. I maxed out my fpr and used my vafc to lean out the fuel pre vtec. If you have a larger TB, or big single 70mm exhaust/header then you may not have enough fuel for the 4". With my breathing mods at the time I had just enough to run reliably.

Then I found meth injection and the rest is history....

yes screwed down. I think I will go with the 4.25 just to be safe. I am just looking for a bit more power. I do have an aftermarket exhaust and 70MM test pipe. The cat back isn't that big though. I can't imagine the new pulley would effect the AFR much if it isn't much smaller.

Expect your afr to go from a starting hypothetical of 11.5 to 13afr with each 1psi of boost. So about 1.5 points is what I have noticed in general. Your next size pulley will give you 1psi/15whp

You will need to add aprox 1-2 full turns further down on your fpr to give you some idea
