Comptech Novi 1200 build plan advice needed

About where I was at 17/18psi. 5.45 crank pulley with a 3.2" revving to 8350rpm hitting max blower rpm before you start over spinning it. Though you have an fmic so you will likely be down a few psi and have to run the 6" crank pulley and over spin the blower a bit to regain the lost pressure. Should be good for about 440-450whp if you do the return less fuel kit and map sensor. ID1000cc injectors will be sufficient. Trick will be finding a tuner comfortable tuning that on 92/93 octane. It can be done, but not on 91. I highly recommend a water/meth injection kit though regardless, or E85.The engine will be happier long term. A 3.6" will give you a solid 400whp though and be a bit more reasonable on pump. You will still put up a good fight.

Where I am at , I'm limited to 91. What would be your best plan for my car if I'm looking to get close to z06 acceleration, limited to 91, with the novi 1200 and will probably go to church automotive and use my flashpro?

That said, again I would strongly recommend a water/meth injection kit to not only help cool IAT for better overall performance, but mitigate the deficiencies in running 91 oct. You will increase your detonation threshold substantially with water/meth injection, giving you a wider window of tuning safety window, or allow you to be more aggressive in timing/boost if Church is comfortable with that, otherwise just use as a safety measure. Either way, highly recommended! I use myself at any boost level, just for the added safety and benefits of cooler IAT.
Flashpro is good

S2000Junky,
Should I go 3.9 diff or keep 4.10? I want drivability but don't want to lose too much performance. Did you ever consider going 3.9 or were you considering 4.3? Interested in your thoughts on this and thank you for all the advice so far. It's been super helpful!

I'm of the mindset that it's a good idea to set up the car to handle 20-30% more power than you'll be making - I don't feel comfortable having everything at 100% the whole time. I chose to go to the returnless system and get a Walbro 255 pump, and I upgraded the wiring with the SoS kit while I was at it. I also have ID1000 injectors and Flashpro.
My setup is the SOS kit w/ the NOVI1200, 3.2 pulley (~15-16 psi), upgraded heat exchanger, and Berk HFC. The car put down 396whp on the PTuning dyno, which I've heard is a conservative reading dyno, so I'm not sure what it would do on a DynoDynamics or something.
As for your question about the Z06 - with generation are you looking to be close to? You'll be as fast or faster than a C5 Z06 with a good tune and tires, but the C6 would be VERY tough to beat (they can trap mid 120's stock) - and the C7 is pretty out of the question for a NOVI1200 S2000.
