OP Stick with the stock 4:10. But rev the F22 to 8500 rpm to give you a good mph spread between gears. Being supercharged the power curve will continue to pull to that no problem and piston speed is equivalent to a F20 at that rpm, its safe. If you ever move to a 275/40 or even a 315/35 tire like im running, that will effectively be like running close to a 3.90. You can always move to an ap1 trans in the future too after you blow your current one, its not if but when lol. its not worth spending the money on changing out to a 3.9, wont really be beneficial performance wise for your set up/powerband anyway.

I was dead even with a c6 grand sport at 375whp/11psi on an old novi 1000 kit from 3-5th gear with some pulls with a friend on a drive. That car is a bit better power/weight then a c5/z06. I never got a chance to do pulls with a c6/z06 but I dont doubt a novi 1200 at max boost which is average about 450whp can more then keep up with one. There are a handful of guys running E85 with their novi 1200 over spinning making between 500-560whp depending on which guys we are talking about.

I think it was called something like "Turn o technical resources calculator" used it all the time and where I got my info from, but unfortunately disappeared a couple years ago. Not sure what happened. Too bad really! Wish someone would do another one. Was great to be able to put in the s2k and get all the gearing of the trans and be able to put in your own final drive and tire sizes and rpms to see how would influence mph or any combo desired.

I was SOS S/C’d for about 8 years running E85 and a 3.0”/5.45” combo. I sold my S/C kit late last year. I liked it as it was simple and didn’t require any maintenance. I just didn’t like the belt slippage when running it consistently hard. I’m Ptuning turbo’d now. I actually have a dyno tuning appointment this coming weekend. I would stay stock gear since you are using an AP2 tranny. I did run my 3.9 with an AP1 tranny for half a year, but have my AP2 tranny in now. The longer gearing was noticeable with the AP1.

turnozero.com i believe. If you google it, there is another site with a PDF file for it. Not sure if it’s legit or works though.

Finally got around to measuring everything. I have the 5.45" Crank pulley and I also have a 6 3/4" crank pulley. I thought it was the 6" and measured a few times with different things and it is 6 and 3/4" so I won't be running that. I've decided to install the kit and run low boost for now. For supercharger pulley I have 4.4" and 3.2".

I'm going to run the 5.45" with the 4.4" which should be 8psi according to the SOS chart and hopefully I lose a pound or 2 from my FMIC so that I can have it be relatively low boost.
