I cant see the videos...

Mine makes a sound like you describe but only when its cold. If i hit the throttle it goes away and when I drive it for a a few mins it isnts present after. It may be that it was just sitting for a while and needs to work itself a little?

Upload the video to you tube or something, it is a lot easier.

If you know what a blower sounds like which you said you did, than you know something is not right, stick with your gut. Yes these things are loud but I can tell when something is not right.

For instance My Vtec block bolts broke due to improper instalation, and as a result my blower started sounding like a can with rocks in it at exactly 2,000k rpm. Once I properly reinstalled everything the blower sounds exactly how it should.

you tube decreases sound quality big time and you cant hear the squeak as good.

ignore the "sc sound 2" video. the sound quality changes and you cant hear it.

Yeah thats interesting...

Mine made a really high pitch sound but only at idle when cold. Yours seems to come and go which is odd to me. Who knows, mine makes all kind of noises and since i added the ne pulley it makes the "rocks in a can" sound that kinda has a beat to it. LOL

I wish the sound was better on you tube like you said.

You know I wonder if it is just a bad tensioner pulley??
Wish I could help more.

i just replaced the tensioner pulley.

i think i may have fixed it (crosses fingers)

the furthers back bolt that holds the vtec sadnwich plate, the 14mm was not in.

i have no idea how i missed it.
it was a bitch to get in but i did. noise slowly went away. i think each "ping or chirp" was a pocket of air being pulled into the blower.

ill keep you all updated.

thanks a million to everyone who offered their 2 cents to all of you.

oh- what size crush washers do i need for the banjo bolt?
i tried using similar ones meant for the drain plug that were nearly identical in size but the shot fuel everywhere.

welp, no dice.
after driving like 100 yards, its back.

varying between chirps and that squeal.

i wonder if it has to do with my oil feed line and/or vtec sandwich plate.

i guess i'll let it cool off and pull them both off and inspect.

does it matter what way the feed rod is oriented? mine is 90 degrees further turned than they show.
