Comptech SC spark plugs and belt
Thanks for your input xviper, I just ordered some of those copper plugs. They are super cheap, so I'll probably just change them when I change my oil. What gap do you recommend?
I set mine at 0.034" because mine is a daily driver and I'm not "on it" all the time. Those who drive in "boost" a lot would do better to go closer to 0.030". The smaller the gap, the easier they are to foul when you aren't driving it hard all the time.
I bought 4 sets of them. When I take an old set out, I put them back into the boxes and label them with the date. The beauty with copper plugs is that they can be cleaned with sand paper or a spark plug file. I'll rotate through them all and when I go back to the first set I took out, I clean them and use them again. Or you can just clean the same ones till you see that they won't take another cleaning. They cost me more than you because they have to go through Canada Customs and the shipping is a bit more, so I'm more frugal with mine.
