Yes - it passes visual inspection.

Everything on it really is smog legal and both the header and SC are smog legal and stamped with the correct certificate numbers. Except the current pulley.

So if I ever have to go to a ref station, all I have to do is swap out the smaller pulley for the larger stock 5psi one and I should be totally fine. I setup the car to be fully smog legal/really easy to quickly get back to smog legal.

for sure, you can pass visual by the CARB#.

sorry, i mean the sniffer test at a smoke center(not to ref) since you are running 10psi

At 10psi, Shad said I prob wouldn't pass. So to be safe, I'd just switch out and put on the larger pulley and go back down to 5-7psi to pass. Should be no problem.
