Comptech SC VS Vortech SC
Maybe this debate is finally over with the recent news that Comptech is going to be closing down their business. I mean, I preferred the Comptech unit myself, but they're kind of disqualified if they're no longer open.
I guess the next debate will be between Jackson Racing and Vortech.

Well, I am surprised that no one has said anything about outsourcing... you act like everything manufactured in a single company would have higher margins, but truth is that outsourcing to companies that can make the same parts as you but in higher quantity and higher or lesser quality is all apart of business. Another thing is 340 hp to rear wheel is highly possible there are 3 factors with a supercharger that control hp gain.. Pulley behind turbine, size of turbine, and air intake. Seing as how the last is not an issue, turbos don't all come in the same specs and etc appels are not oranges. Hope this helps, also in my opinion comptech is the way to go, they can be certified if installed by honda because they work closely with honda.

I have seen them done on worse, i personally plan on doing mine at 70k. Make sure you get it installed by a very good mechanic and see if you can get a reccomendation from your honda dealer for a mechanic. Otherwise if that is a dead end find a race or track mechanic and have them do the install(cost may be high but it will last). And if you car well hold up has mainly to do with how YOU treat it. Hondas should last a really long time if you have it serviced constantlly, no huge problems should occur.
