For those of you who are familiar with the piggyback pulley...it has a raised edge (about 1/8 th of an inch) that fits around the modified crank pulley so once centered on the pulley it'll sink in that extra 1/8th of an inch and hopefully give me sufficient clearance.
On my Vortech (should be the same), I've got about 1" of clearance when the pulleys are mated together. Yes, the crank pulley slides inside the charger drive pulley. I recall it fits inside about 1/4". Are you sure you can't angle that drive pulley just off the to right (as seen your picture) to clear that protrusion from the rack to get it to center onto the crank pulley? It doesn't look like you'll have the same inch or so of clearance once both pulleys are mated like everyone else, so something is bent out of shape. I would worry that even if you get that thing on, that there will still be insufficient clearance for the rotating assembly.

here is an update...had a buddy of mine us a pry bar to push the engine back while i mounted the piggyback supercharger pulley, it went in fine but once the pressure was released it sprung back just enough to barely touch the steering rack housing. I then unbolted all four bolts holding the steering rack down, and slid two washers under the mounting feet on the engine side, and left the other two mounting feet washerless. This gave the steering rack around 5 degrees of tilt towards the front of the car. Thus giving me a lil more than a 1/16 of an inch between the pulley and steering rack housing. I'm still paranoid about an interference happening during load so i'll have to figure out a more permanent setup.

i'm thinking of adding another washer under each foot but i'm a lil worried that changing the angle of the steering so much is going to lead to some problems. Another options is to go get the subframe wanked into place, but well see.

I would be more paranoid about why the car is bent out of shape like that and if it's really a good idea to add another 100 HP to a car that may not be solid.

It is defenitely a concern although i've driven the car hard for over 2 years now with no issues. Like i said it tracks dead straight, feels solid, and there isn't any real hardcore damage though the fact that my subrame sits back ~1.5 inches further then normal suggests other wise. I've decided i'm going to have the car thoroughly inspected and measured by a shop, and hopefully solve the issue. I really appreciate the help and fast responces.

Took another look tonight, the small amount of damage that is present is on the subframe, so a new subframe might be in order.
