Default Condition of used turbo?

Hi just want to get some opinions on this turbo I picked up. The guy told me the mileage on it was under a 1000km before he took it out of the car and prior to putting it in the car he had just rebuilt it recently. I picked up it up recently and their is zero in/out side/side shaft play. But I think the housing started to crack at some point and was re-welded together. Just need some opinions on it. Would you run it the way it is? Or rebuild it or recommend to take it somewhere to get properly inspected.

Here are the photo's, I tried to search if anyone else had a similar issue but couldn't find anything.

Garrett T3 Turbo

Cracks that have appeared to be re-welded

This. And its normal. Housings are cast in sand molds, then machined where necessary. Every one will be slightly different with different surface imperfections.
