Yeah getting back there is a pain. And what kit did you use to for the fuel return conversion? I wish I didn't go over board with mine and do the Full Blown dual hanger kit. Should of just gone with a simple fuel return conversion.

I haven't installed it yet since I don't know the stock fuel pressure

Stock tune should be fine as long as you run the same fuel pressure on the regulator.
OK awesome do you happen to know what the stock fuel pressure is
pretty sure its 43.5... are you changing the pump and injectors?

I'm 100% sure you are wrong. Maybe on an AP1, and you are converting to a return style. The returnless setup on the 2006+ DBW cars requires a very high static fuel pressure.

guys am trying also trying to convert to return style, and i found the kit by Science of speed which also includes the AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator.

would that be a great option going the supercharger route, or just stay with OEM fuel pressure regulator

If going to return style. Ap2 def was 43psi base pressure. Returnless might be higher but you are converting so I don't see how it matters.

It matters because he is trying to run the OEM tune which assumes a returnless fuel pressure of around 63 psi. If you don't supply that fuel pressure, than the injector opening times will be wrong.
