Default converting inline's log kit to their tubular kit

Has anyone converted their inline pro log kit to the new tubular kit? Ever since inline's new kit came out I've wanted it. What's holding me back is having to take my log kit out, sell it, order the new kit, install it. I'd really like to swap out as little as possible. I talked to Ya briefly about it and he had said it can be done. I want to get as much info as possible before I decide to go through with it or not. There are some great fab shops by me who could do anything needed and more. I just don't want to do it if the cost is too high. I'm hoping limited modification will be required. Any advice, experience, ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would be interested to see it, I have a cast manifold I am installing now but it would be intersting to see the other.

Ya, do you have any pics?

I did this same swap, here is everything you will need.

everything from inline pro you will need:
-new sidewinder manifold
-3"downpipe
-3" intercooler piping for the new manifold with couplers for piping
-50mm wastegate
-t4 turbo exhaust housing (vband) unless you can get the manifold in t3
-make sure the IC piping is flanged for your bov
-longer return line (dont need any fittings just longer return line itself approx 1.5', use old feed line)

Additionally you will need to buy two 45 degree couplers (3inch) in order to get the angle right for the charge pipes to fit on the intercooler. I purchased these from www.extremepsi.com that was the cheapest place that had them.

Also invest in some exhaust wrap and wrap the manifold and downpipe because it gets VERY hot.

Contact Ya for pricing.

i actually have the identical manifold haha but i bought it used and there's no stamp on it so i can't be sure. the downpipe's just a simple bend in a L shape out to the stock cat area. You could buy the piping kit with short elbows and figure that part out yourself as I have. I'll be putting it on as soon as I find down time for my car so I can get a 3" DP made. ill be sure to take pics too. not sure about the 3" piping, i'm running stock block so the power goal for me is 4-500MAX so i'm sticking with the 2.5" for the time being.

^ It's taking inlines log kit which is $3900 and converting it to work with their tubular mani. The complete kit for their tubular mani is about $5900. Both amazing kits.

Rob, I'd have to get the intercooler piping? The ones from the log kit can't be modified to work?

so about 2000 for a better manifold, higher flanged turbo with a V-band, and some IC pipeing????? how much is the manifold by itself / factor in the turbo and youre looking at about 3000 or more?? i think it would serve you better to just pull your old kit off and sell it and then put some more money down and buy the full tubular kit and call it a day... besides itll be way easier for you to finish the tubular kit now that you already have a kit installed... just my $0.02

cold side IC piping (throttle body to intercooler) you could keep the same but the hotside you will need new piping from turbo to intercooler. Its worth the money for the 3" piping from IP. its a perfect fit and looks really sharp.
