There's not a lot of info on this setup, so I'm having to ask.

I need to know if this is the correct way this is supposed to be installed. I have never had to run an oil cooler before and I don't know anything about the way the oil flows from the block into the filter and whatnot... Is the center hole the return and the outer hole the pumped oil. I know I should know this seeing as I have torn down and rebuilt lots of stuff... anyways, is this right:
