Default Crankcase vent puffing smoke?

I'm currently vented to the atmosphere on my crank case vent. I been noticing quite a bit of smoke coming from my crank case vent after a few weeks of boost. I can see the smoke puffing out of the hose like a chu chu train. Is this normal? I had a turbo 240 that did the same thing, but you can clearly see and smell the smoke. My compression numbers are 220-225 across. My compression numbers are decent, but does this mean my rings are going bad?

More than likely your rings/lands are shot.

That would suck! I'm too broke to get it rebuilt at the moment!
