Just an update, I repined the injector plugs with Bosch connectors and nothing changed. Can the crank position sensor be faulty maybe? It wreaks of fuel under the hood too BTW and so far I've replaced the injectors, clips, wide band sensor and wiring, plugs and map sensor. Thinking I should swap of the engine harness for another one.

Just tested my AEM gauge again and it's reading 2.75 volts. It's supposed to read 2.35 volts. Does this sound like a culprit?
