Default CTSC dyno'd and tuned

Well guys I just got my car back yesterday evening from the tuner. WOT it's very smooth and powerful. But I noticed that during regular driving (partial throttle) my car would bog especially between 2.5-4k range. I also noticed today that when I took it to redline a few times then stop at the light I noticed that the car would want to die and it actually did once.

Here's my car's background:
CTSC aftercooled 10psi pulley
Emanage Ultimate with boomslang
Precision 680cc Injectors

What do you guys think might be causing the problem? Spark plug? Running too rich? I called the tuner today and he said that I need more partial throttle tuning? Where he said would be best that I drive it and he will tune it on the street. Does that sound right? Any suggestion that I need to address or bring up to my tuner?

I was going to install my Puddymod diff tomorrow and when I have to go through the break-in period I can't redline the car. I told my tuner and he said that's fine because were only tuning partial throttle.

Any suggestions from those who have experience with the emanage ultimate? I just want my car to run smooth. Please help me out. thanks

The believe Tuner is right.
I got the same problem (Excepted the Bog issues) with my CTSC boosting 11.8 psi.
After 10 mins fine tuning and Test Driving,My car was Flying away from my friend BMW 01 MZ3 with S54 engine.

I have a new Berk HFC on. For my exhaust side of my S I have the Mugen header, Berk HFC, and Mugen exhaust.

Just wondering are you guys tuning with the Emanage Ultimate? So you guys think that doing some partial throttle tuning with the tuner will take care of this problem? I really hope so.

Any more suggestion?

you can redline the car when breaking in the new diff, but don't do any redline shifts. i wouldn't shift anywhere above 5k when breaking in the diff. and make sure you preload the clutch

Thanks nightcrawler for the info. I just want to make sure I properly break it in and will follow PuddyMod's break-in instructions.

S2Sexy at this point I'm making 331rwhp with 200ft/lbs of torque these were on a dynojet in mid to upper 80's temp.
