CTSC holes in chargepipe

Im about to start my install on CTSC but im not sure if all wires came with it. I was told that it was but im clueless to what plugs into this, or the type of link?

Your Air temp sensor plugs into there IF you have an AP2. If you have an AP1 Im not sure. Look here...
