well the reason for him to have slow launches is probably because he doesnt have a re-enforced diff yet. launch too hard on the stock diff and you can kiss it good bye.

 

The reason for the slow launches were inconsistent track conditions, hard street tires and -3.5 degrees of camber.

My diff is reinforced, there's some pics of it in this thread.

I pulled a 1.9 60' on the AP1 wheels with Fuzion tires which was way better than I ever thought possible on those. That was on the 12.36 pass a couple weeks back.

I think it would be more funny if S2k's launched better than Camaros. There's a reason fast drag cars use solid axle rear ends (like the Camaro), they hook better
