Diff/Trans reliability for 500whp ?

1st gear isn't a problem either, other than traction. it's 2nd that is the weakest link. I am heading back to the track Friday, pretty much all day and the track will be prepped and like 60F, being its my last track day until March/April, I'm going to really beat the shit out of it and see what happens. I will have video as well

I drive like a sissy in the lower gears. I don't slam 1st or 2nd (honestly can count on 1 hand the amt of full 2nd gear pulls i've made)granted I don't see full boost to over 6k to begin with, and my torque onset is quite mild with the larger snail, but still.

I have done TONS of 3rd gear and up pulls thus far

People shred diff/trans making stock power. It's all in how you drive the car/limit the shock.

I put down 450 ft lbs with the stock tranny in second when I ran my 10.54 with drag radials but then 2 weeks later I broke second gear driving normally on the street.

I just hope my 2nd gear lasts for this event on Friday, I don't care if it goes on the way home, just want it to hang on for 3 or 4 more runs
